Passed away peacefully on 27 December 2025, aged 83. Surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Wendy for 61 wonderful years, much-loved father to Chandra and Chris, and a devoted Grandad to Olivia, Edward, and Grace. Barry was a true gentleman who loved life and was deeply respected by all who knew him. He was a Company Director and owner for 44 years and took great pride in his work and relationships. Denis Newton FLINN
Denis (Newton) Flinn, of Macclesfield, passed away, aged 92 on 15th December 2025, following a brief illness. Denis was the beloved husband of the late Anthea, who died just six months earlier. He was the much loved father of Stephen, Jonathan, Julian and Sally and grandfather of Ellie, Megan, Joel and Rafferty. He will be hugely missed by all his family and friends, those he encountered as he strode across the fields and hills around Macclesfield, and musicians from the Orchestra’s, ensembles and choirs of which he had been a proud member in Knutsford, Wilmslow and far beyond.

10th January 2026 peacefully passed away aged 89 years. Born in Handbridge, Chester. A much loved husband to Josie, a loving father to Mike, Wendy, Stuart, Kerry and Lionel, A loving grandfather to 11 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 7 step- great grandchildren.
Keith was an Electrical Contractor for over 40 years running his own business and was very involved in fund raising for local charities. He was also an active member in Freemasonary, sang with the Cestrian Male Voice Choir (now the Chester Male Voice Choir) for 40 years and a huge supporter of Chester Zoo and the fantastic conservation work they do all over the world.
Keith, a larger than life character, was well respected and will be sadly missed by many who came into contact with him.
