A derelict Grade II listed Cheshire farmhouse will go up for auction with Pugh.

Meadow House Farmhouse, near Huntington, will go up for auction with a guide price of £750,000 plus.

The derelict property is set on 1.5 acres of land, and compromises a large six-bedroom, three-storey farmhouse.

Planning consent has been issued for internal refurbishments on the farmhouse.

Three separate barns on the grounds also have planning consent for conversion to residential use.

A description of the property on the auction page states: “Extensive Grade II Listed former farm buildings set in a site of approximately 0.60 Ha (1.5 Acres) comprising a large 6 bedroom 3 storey farmhouse with planning consent for internal refurbishment together with three separate blocks of barns which have planning consent for conversion to residential use.

The property is accessed from Chester Road (B5130) via Butterbache Road and Meadow Lane close to the village of Huntington which itself lies approximately 3 miles south east of the city of Chester.

The North Wales Expressway/A55 lies within approximately 2.5 miles and provides access to the regional motorway network.
