Driver miraculously escapes horror crash in Cheshire with minor injuries

A driver has miraculously escaped a horror crash with only minor injuries.

The incident took place at around 11.30am on the A50 in Over Peover on Friday, November 12.

Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene, where they found a white Kia that had sustained severe damage.

A post on Knutsford Fire Station’s social media page said that a man was released from the vehicle with ‘minor injuries’. He was transported to hospital.

Cheshire Police, North West Ambulance Service and the North West Air Ambulance were also at the scene.

A picture accompanied the post, which showed the front of the vehicle, with the left side in particular having sustained serious damage.

The full post from Knutsford Fire Station read: “Firefighters from Knutsford Fire Station and Northwich Fire Station were mobilised to an RTC on the A50 in Over Peover at 11.30am.

“In collaboration with Cheshire Police, NWAS and North West Air Ambulance Charity, one male was released from the vehicle with minor injuries and transported to hospital.”
